We’re asking those with pride for Pittsburgh to join our team behind-the-scenes and help bring concerts, game days and other stadium events to life! Our staff have the opportunity to create new memories and connect with fans through exceptional guest experience.
Candidates must be:
- 18 years or older
- Available to work all Stadium concerts, Steelers, and Pitt Panthers home games (preseason, regular season, playoffs) including evenings, weekends and holidays if required
- Able to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances around the stadium in various weather conditions
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and a team player who can work in a fast paced environment
- Possess exceptional communication skills

Game Day Positions
As a Club Team Member, you will be responsible for several tasks throughout and around our four Club Levels. Club Team Members are positioned at escalators, elevator lobbies, and entry/exit doors to ensure an efficient and helpful arrival, in game experience, and egress for our fans. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Possessing and displaying an in-depth knowledge of the stadium layout and policies.
- Assisting guests with questions and directions coming onto the Club Level.
- Verbally greeting all guests in a friendly and polite manner.
- Checking/scanning all tickets and credentials for guests entering the Club Level.
- Assisting ADA guests by escorting them via wheelchair from the Club to the closest exit.
- Setting up and tearing down of game day promotions throughout the Club Level.
Event Manager duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Seat Attendant Supervisor:
- Responsible for overseeing a select number of Seat Attendants.
- Assist Seat Attendants with greeting guests and monitoring/supervising seating sections.
- Assist Seat Attendants in preventing guests from obstructing the view of others while play is in action.
- Brief designated Seat Attendants prior to event on their specific responsibilities and job duties.
- Responsible for enforcing all stadium policies and procedures.
- Assist City Services Personnel (police, EMS, etc.) and other building staff when needed.
- Must excel in verbal and written communication.
Ticket Taker Supervisor:
- Responsible for overseeing a select number of Ticket Takers and Gate Watchers.
- Assist Ticket Takers with greeting guests and monitoring/supervising ingress of guests.
- Assist Ticket Takers with ticket scanner issues.
- Brief designated Ticket Takers and Gate Watchers prior to event on their specific responsibilities and job duties.
- Responsible for enforcing all stadium policies and procedures.
- Assist City Services Personnel (police, EMS, etc.) and other building staff when needed.
- Must excel in verbal and written communication.
The Guest Services Attendant is responsible for many different tasks on an event day. These tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Possessing and displaying an in-depth knowledge of the stadium layout and policies.
- Assisting ADA guests by escorting them via wheelchair from the gates to their seats.
- Directing guests inside the stadium to the proper section, concession stand, or other area.
- Answering any and all questions, assisting with all needs and requests of our guests.
- The best candidates will possess a passion for providing the best possible customer service.
Report Taker:
The Report Taker position is designed to gather and systematically input information on event day incidents and issues into various computer databases.
- Responsible for gathering information about incidents from other stadium staff, city police and guests.
- Responsible for combining all necessary information and entering it into reporting software.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary.
- Must possess above average computer skills and a willingness to learn new software.
- The best candidates will be detail oriented while being able to multitask.
Elevator Operator:
The Elevator Operator position is responsible for operating passenger elevators. The key to this position is an ability to briefly entertain and escort guests to the proper level of the stadium.
- Responsible for verbally greeting guests.
- Answer questions and direct guests to the correct level of the stadium.
- The best candidates possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Store Cashier and Store Associate:
Gift Shop employee duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for greeting guests, answering questions on merchandise, and the ringing up of sales.
- Responsible for running the cash register, counting, and balancing drawers.
- Handle refunds and gift card transactions.
- Help with sizes and styles.
- Slight housekeeping, keeping the store neat and orderly. Sweeping, dusting, and window cleaning.
- Stock, replenishment, and arrange merchandise in the store. Unpack boxes and sort hangers.
All employees are hired as equals. All employees must be willing to cashier, as well as assist customers on the sales floor. Management determines what position and store you will work in. Employees are not guaranteed to remain in the same place for each event.
These are union positions which fall under Local 250 Union. If hired for either position, you would be required to join the Local 250 and incur any costs/fees associated after working a 5 event period or 365 days.
Requirements:
- Must commit to work all Acrisure Stadium events, including Pittsburgh Steelers football games, the University of Pittsburgh football games and possibly concerts, etc.
- Employees are expected to be in full uniform at all times.
- Employees are expected to abide by all stadium security guidelines.
- Must be available to work some evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Game times vary and are subject to change on occasion.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a drug test.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Ability to be friendly and courteous, regardless of the situation.
- Able to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances.

- Employees are not permitted to enter the seating area to watch the game.

Seat Attendant duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide guests with quality service to enhance their game day experience.
- Responsible for verbally greeting guests, safely & accurately escorting guests to their designated seating, and assisting guests with any questions or concerns.
- Keep aisles/walkways clear of debris/spills and guests to ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Enforce rules/regulations of the Fan Code of Conduct.
- Identify problems before/when they occur and quickly contacting the best representative to rectify the situation (Cleaning, Security, Managers, etc.).
- Reporting any and all incidents to their Event Manager/Supervisor.
This is a union position which falls under the Pittsburgh Stadium Independent Employees Union (PSIEU). If hired for this position, you would be required to join the PSIEU and incur any costs/fees associated.
Luxury Suite Greeter:
The Luxury Suite Greeter position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our Suite Level guests at all times.
- Provide guests with quality service to enhance their game day experience.
- Possessing and displaying an in-depth knowledge of the stadium layout and policies.
- Assisting ADA guests by escorting them via wheelchair from their suite to the nearest gate.
- Identify problems before/when they occur and quickly contact the best representative to rectify the situation (Cleaning, Security, Managers, etc.).
- Responsible for greeting guest as they enter the suite floors with a positive attitude.
- Scanning tickets while following appropriate guidelines and procedures.
- Answering stadium, event day, and other various questions with ease.
- Performing pre-event and post-event Suite Level inspections as assigned.
- Quickly and efficiently responding to special requests from suite guests.
- Solving problems according to Luxury Suite procedures and policies.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary.
Ticket Seller duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Responsible for verbally greeting guests.
- Provide guests with quality service to enhance their game day experience.
- Selling tickets through the Ticketmaster system and maintaining accountability.
- Distributing Will Call tickets in an efficient manner.
- Identifying problems before/when they occur and quickly contacting the best representative to rectify the situation (Supervisors, Managers, etc.).
- Proactively assisting guests with any questions or concerns they may have.
- Ensuring that all NCAA policies and procedures are followed to prevent compliance issues for the University of Pittsburgh.
This is a union position which falls under the Pittsburgh Stadium Independent Employees Union (PSIEU). If hired for this position, you would be required to join the PSIEU and incur any costs/fees associated.
Ticket Taker duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide guests with quality service to enhance their game day experience.
- Responsible for verbally greeting guests, scanning event tickets, and monitoring ingress to ensure guests do not enter Acrisure Stadium with prohibited items or without proper event tickets.
- Identify problems before/when they occur and quickly contacting the best representative to rectify the situation (Cleaning, Security, Managers, etc.).
- Proactively assisting guests with any questions or concerns they may have.
- Reporting any and all incidents to their Event Manager/Supervisor.
This is a union position which falls under the Pittsburgh Stadium Independent Employees Union (PSIEU). If hired for this position, you would be required to join the PSIEU and incur any costs/fees associated.
The Pittsburgh Steelers are looking for employees to sell 50/50 Raffle tickets during each home game. Duties and responsibilities include:
- Using a kiosk to sell raffle tickets or walking around the stadium selling tickets using a handheld device
- Responsible and held accountable for all cash sales throughout the night and reconciling the devices correctly throughout the game
Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience is strongly preferred, but not required
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and a team player who can work in a fast paced environment
- Must possess exceptional oral communication skills
- Maintain a professional appearance – a dress code is required
- Able to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances around the stadium in various weather conditions
- Committed to work all/majority of Steelers home games (preseason, regular season, playoffs), working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and some holidays if required
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and credit check
- Must be 18 years or older
PSSI Stadium LLC is committed to developing talent in venue operations and event management! Assistants in this position will be part of a team dedicated to learning techniques for de-escalation, incident response, and customer service interactions while working alongside a diverse team of venue staff. This position will expose candidates to all game day roles including Club Attendant, Guest Services Attendant, Elevator Operator, Entertainment Liaison, Access Control Monitor, Wristband Distribution Assistant, and more. Through learning these positions and working alongside front office staff members, candidates will also receive early access and consideration for upcoming employment opportunities.
This is a part time, event day position for the 2024-2025 season to include Pittsburgh Steelers football games, University of Pittsburgh football games, major stadium events, and potential for additional office days and private events as needed.
