Billy Joel and Rod Stewart - two of the most respected recording artists in history - will perform in a one-night-only concert at Acrisure Stadium. The iconic musicians will each perform their most beloved songs from throughout their illustrious careers. The spectacular show promises to be an unforgettable evening of live music.
BILLY JOEL
Billy Joel, one of the most beloved and successful recording artists in history, has sold over 160 million records worldwide, making him the sixth bestselling artist and fourth bestselling solo artist. His 1985 album Greatest Hits Vol. 1 & 2 is among the U.S.'s top-selling albums. Joel's music, spanning five decades, includes 33 Top 40 hits, with iconic songs like "Piano Man," which was inducted into the Library of Congress for preservation. A highly successful live performer, Joel holds a historic residency at Madison Square Garden and has received numerous accolades, including six Grammys, two Diamond Awards, and induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. A committed humanitarian, he founded The Joel Foundation, pledging over $7 million to music education and charitable causes, including supporting the Long Island High School for the Arts.
ROD STEWART
Rod Stewart, one of the best-selling artists of all time with over 250 million records sold, has enjoyed a five-decade career spanning various genres like rock, folk, soul, R&B, and the Great American Songbook. He has 10 No. 1 albums and 31 Top 10 singles in the UK, and his American chart success includes 17 Top 10 albums. Known for his distinctive voice and songwriting, Stewart has earned numerous prestigious awards, including the ASCAP Founders Award, a Grammy™ Living Legend honor, and was knighted in 2016. His 33rd studio album, Swing Fever, is a 13-track tribute to big band classics, set for release in February 2024. Stewart also continues to perform with his dynamic live show and his 12-piece band, and his 13-year residency at Caesars Palace will conclude in 2024. Additionally, he ventured into whisky with Wolfie’s Whisky, which quickly gained global popularity.
Traffic & Parking
All parking lots surrounding the stadium on the North Shore will be open. Fans are encouraged to use North Shore parking lots, including the Champions Garage and other North Shore lots.
- Fans can park downtown and ride the Light Rail Transit (LRT) to travel to Acrisure Stadium for FREE. Note that the LRT construction project Downtown will be completed before the concert so this is a convenient means of traveling to/from the event.
- Fans can park at Station Square and ride the Gateway Clipper to the North Shore for $30.
- The majority of the downtown Pittsburgh Parking Authority garages will charge $6 - $20 for event day parking that will vary by garage.
- Refer to the figure below for event day parking options, rates, and circulation patterns within the North Shore campus. Select Lots are cashless.
Clear Bag Policy/Prohibited Items
The NFL’s Clear Bag Policy will be in effect for this event. We encourage fans not to bring a bag into events. If necessary, there are two options: a clear plastic bag the size of a 1-gallon Ziploc bag or a small hand held purse clutch. In addition, Acrisure Stadium management does not permit the following items in the stadium: selfie sticks, coolers, bags (see Clear Bag Policy), thermoses, backpacks, large purses, cans, glass bottles, flasks, alcoholic beverages, laser pointers, noisemakers, strollers, video & movie cameras, tripods, audio recording equipment, weapons and any other items deemed dangerous and/or inappropriate. All bags are subject to inspection. Umbrellas may be brought into the stadium but are not permitted to be open in the seating bowl.

Acrisure Stadium is a cashless venue. Credit and debit cards are accepted, as well as Apple and Google Pay.
